Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team or visit our online returns portal within 30 days of receiving your frame to begin the process.
Print Your Label
We will provide a prepaid UPS shipping label via email so you can safely send your custom frame back to our studio.
Pack with Care
Place your item in its original packaging or a similar protective box to ensure the glass and frame remain intact during transit.
Receive Your Replacement
Once received, our craftsmen will inspect the piece and immediately issue a full refund to your original payment method or begin building your replacement.
