How do I get my art to you?
You can either upload a digital photo for us to print and frame, or we can send you a prepaid mailer to safely ship your physical art, textiles, or mementos to our studio.
How long does the framing process take?
Most orders are handcrafted and delivered to your door within 7 to 10 business days. Digital uploads typically arrive faster than physical mail-in orders.
What kind of materials do you use?
We use gallery-quality materials, including solid wood moldings, acid-free mats, and UV-protective acrylic to ensure your art is preserved for years to come.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping capabilities to more countries in the near future.
What is your return policy?
Since every frame is custom-made to your specific dimensions, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are not 100% happy with your order, we will work with you to make it right.
Can I frame objects that aren't flat?
Yes, we specialize in framing textiles, jerseys, and even small mementos. Our designers will ensure your item is securely mounted and beautifully presented.
